Every rabbit and guinea pig is treated as an individual. Some are confident and relaxed, while others may be nervous, highly sensitive or simply unsure about being handled.

Grooming is approached calmly and at your pet’s pace, with careful attention to their body language and behaviour throughout the appointment. I use gentle, experienced handling techniques and allow breaks whenever needed.

If a pet becomes too stressed to continue safely, I will stop rather than push them beyond their comfort level. For longer or more involved grooms, the appointment can also be completed in stages where appropriate.

Their wellbeing always comes before completing the groom.
